Hello, my name is Coby Crissman.

About five years ago, fitness transformed my life in a significant way. This transformation had such a impact that it sparked an obsession within me – an obsession with continual self-improvement.

My Story,

Shall we rewind to the start? I’ve always been the skinny kid at school. Starting at 98 pounds in my freshman year of high school. By the time senior year ended I was weighing in at around 105 pounds. Because of my small size I always felt I needed to prove I wasn't weak. So what did I do? Spoiler alert it wasn't going to the gym.

From the start, I actually had a strong dislike for the gym. The idea of feeling "weak" made me uncomfortable. So I never went. Instead I pursed various sports until I found one I really enjoyed. That sport was Bull riding. I instantly fell in love w/ the lifestyle. For 3 years I traveled up & down California riding bulls.

What a life that was, until I took a fall and landed wrong, causing a complete tear of my ACL, a ripped meniscus, and some damage to my kneecap. This led to surgery and a six-month recovery period, which was when I discovered the world of fitness...

Knowing I needed to get stronger, but not being able to do any type of workouts. I dedicated that time to growing my knowledge. Countless hours of learning about nutrition, exercise selection, etc.

Then came the day where I could put all my knowledge to practice. Despite my discomfort, I knew I needed to get stronger if I wanted to continue riding. Slowly but surely, I started to feel a sense of accomplishment with each completed set.

As days turned into weeks, I began to notice subtle changes in my body. My arms felt stronger, & clothes were fitting tighter. The numbers on the scale didn't matter as much to me, but I loved the newfound confidence that was growing. The gym was no longer a place of weakness, but a sanctuary of growth and peace.

With each workout, I shed my insecurities. I learned that strength wasn't just physical but also mental. I found a new love for fitness. From that day on I made it my mission to help, and guide others on their journey to self-improvement.

As I helped clients through their own journey’s. I witnessed the incredible transformations that occurred when they challenge themselves & believe in their potential. What started as a simple “let's get stronger” turned into something much greater. Everyday I get to help individuals achieve their goals, feel more confident, & learn to love themselves. It’s the most rewarding feeling I've ever felt, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

What my training approach?

There's no universal solution to fitness, & this is reflected in my training philosophy. Using various methods I’ve learned over the years, each program specific to you & your goals. each person is unique, so is each program.

I believe fitness is not just physical, but also mental & emotional. It’s not just building muscles or burning calories, it's developing a lifestyle that you can sustainable long term. I work closely with each client to understand their needs, preferences, and limitations.

Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simple be healthier, I can help you achieve your goals in a way that's safe, effective, and enjoyable.
